Mr. Sunil Gidiya is the founder and senior mentor of the Gidiya business and has been associated with the plastics industry since 1988. With more than three decades of hands-on industry experience, he has played a foundational role in developing the family's knowledge and expertise in plastics.

His entrepreneurial vision emphasises quality, integrity, long-term relationships and continuous improvement — the foundation on which the next generation is building the company's future.

A founding member of Gidiya Polytech Industries, Manish brings more than 20 years of experience in the agriculture sector — a deep understanding of agricultural markets, customer requirements and the practical applications of plastic products across the agricultural ecosystem.

This knowledge is especially valuable where our recycled polyethylene is used in irrigation pipes, drip irrigation systems, HDPE sprinkler pipes and other agricultural piping solutions. His practical approach helps the company align its products with real-world applications and evolving market needs.

Mr. Saurabh Sunil Gidiya

An Engineer by qualification and co-founder of Gidiya Polytech Industries, Saurabh has been associated with the plastic recycling industry since 2012. He leads the company's technical operations, material development, recycling processes and product quality with a strong focus on consistency and performance.

His work centres on the processing and development of recycled polyethylene grades — particularly materials for HDPE pressure pipes, irrigation pipes, sprinkler pipes and drip irrigation systems. He works closely with technical teams and customers to develop materials with the right balance of quality, consistency, processing characteristics and performance.
